We had a problem with the kitchen drains not clearing. Beyond Wow sent Zen over and he was able to clear the drain lines and provide info on what caused the problem. He also was able to drain and refill our water heater, clearing calcium buildup. He also checked our other plumbing in the house and replaced an outdoor faucet. Happy to say that the problems have been solved!
We had 2 faucets that were improperly installed, though we were unaware of that until S&D identified the problem. The error caused the faucets to allow water thru the faucet when it should have gone to the shower. Thanks to these experts, the problem is gone!

Update: I had Zen perform annual maintenance, and the service was excellent as usual. Beyond Wow continues to be my go to plumbers.
I had my tankless water heater go out, and called Beyond Wow for help. Anthony W came to my house and did a through test of our system, flushed the system, replaced the broken parts and gave us some recommendations to improve the system. Overall I was impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the professionalism of the tech (Anthony). I plan to use Beyond Wow for all my future needs going forward and highly recommend others consider them for their needs.
