Awesome guys! This guy, Landon saw I was out of gas’s in a company truck, and he stopped and got me gas! If I need plumbing, I’ll will call these guys first, If they treat me good as this as a stranger, I can imagine, how good they must be to customers!

Our downstairs toilet was leaking. A previous plumber told us there was pipe damage requiring a tunnel repair; naturally we wanted a second opinion. Landon and Brendan came out on short notice, ran a camera line, and walked us through their findings in detail. They saw things differently from the first plumber and quoted a much more affordable scope of work. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

We have an older home with equally as old pipes. Changing out faucets garbage disposals etc., require a professional. I've broken too many pipes doing "easy repairs." Kaden was professional, on time and completed the job and noted some of the older valves needed replacement. What I really like about this company is their responsiveness. I called them at 4PM and they were on site at 9:00 AM the next day.

I was in a pinch, a bad and time sensitive situation, and you guys came to rescue. First off I’d like to personally mention Landon McGill and Brendan Searcy. They were the technicians that came to the rescue and took the complicated situation of assuming a job site a previous company could not finish, and correct the repair and get the work approved by the city within a few days. I will admit I didn’t do much research, but when I went to google and typed in the search, Beyond WOW was number #1 and had over 2,000 reviews to back up the business. It’s wild because the previous company also had hundreds of positive reviews, but here we are… Beyond WOW has the systems in place to run an efficient, and client focused business. What I appreciated most about this experience is they understood my situation, and did not throw this other company under the bus. They acted professionally and simply said, “they didn’t do the proper due diligence prior to starting the job. This doesn’t mean they are bad plumbers, but we are going to fix this correctly so we can get job done and ensure the quality or work and warranty the repair.” I’d like to mention this was not something I expected to hear, but was something I needed to hear. Landon explained everything in detail, and went over each line in the proposal to make sure I knew how everything was going to be addressed and when the project will be complete. I really feel lucky to have found Beyond WOW and for their immediate attention and proactive measures to straighten things out. These guys will remain in my contacts for years and years. Thanks for taking care of this and handling this process with respect and professionalism.

6/1/2026: Zen successfully cleared the nearly 80 years of build up in my primary bathroom tub drain. 4/6-23/2026: Mike B was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my leaking bath faucet and researching & identifying an authentic replacement that would allow me to maintain the original character of my home's 1948 Crane bathroom style. He found the correct replacement cartridge that allowed me to order the appropriate handles. 2/10/2026: Bobby and Hector did a terrific job installing a new gas line under my house and stub out for a new meter. They finished the job and pressure tested the work earlier than I expected. I just wish the city inspection and TX Gas portion could have been as quick and efficient as they were. Kaden even came out on day three to address any issues TX Gas had before restarting my service. 12/31/2025: Zen completed my sink/faucet/garbage disposal installation with care and special attention to detail. While finishing up the sink drain connections, he determined it would be best to replace the 80 year old cast iron piping. That was definitely the right call as those pipes had decades of build up in them and, like hardened arteries, had closed to just a tiny opening. He was able to clear the remaining gunk and my sink drains better than it has in the 28 years I've lived here. 12/5/2025: Zen was very efficient and thorough with cleaning out the kitchen drain and diagnosing my sink replacement need before installing a new garbage disposal. He and Desiree were prompt with letting me know when he'd arrive.

*Winston and Landon came today to review my plumbing. They were very thorough and explained their findings. I’m happy to work with such knowledgeable pros! Tomorrow they will be replacing my water heater and doing a few other upgrades. Glad I work with Beyond Wow Plumbing! *update We had a problem with the kitchen drains not clearing. Beyond Wow sent Zen over and he was able to clear the drain lines and provide info on what caused the problem. He also was able to drain and refill our water heater, clearing calcium buildup. He also checked our other plumbing in the house and replaced an outdoor faucet. Happy to say that the problems have been solved! We had 2 faucets that were improperly installed, though we were unaware of that until S&D identified the problem. The error caused the faucets to allow water thru the faucet when it should have gone to the shower. Thanks to these experts, the problem is gone!

Update: I had Zen perform annual maintenance, and the service was excellent as usual. Beyond Wow continues to be my go to plumbers. I had my tankless water heater go out, and called Beyond Wow for help. Anthony W came to my house and did a through test of our system, flushed the system, replaced the broken parts and gave us some recommendations to improve the system. Overall I was impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the professionalism of the tech (Anthony). I plan to use Beyond Wow for all my future needs going forward and highly recommend others consider them for their needs.

Mike did an excellent job repairing our main water line. He is an excellent communicator and explained everything to us in layman’s terms. We were very comfortable having him in our home. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Will definitely use them again.

We pursued Beyond Wow Plumbing based on advertisements of handling gas leaks as we were experiencing gas smells in the backyard. They did not disappoint! I have to give huge kudos to Winston Cole who handled the inspection to determine the source of the leak and then stayed diligent working through unexpected plumbing configurations in the ground to our fire pit. We had a deadline to meet for a graduation party, and he made sure the job got done even working through a rainy day under a tent. The commitment to honoring what he said he would do despite difficulties was inspiring. The thoroughness of the pressure tests after the fix and even making sure our gas grill was back online was the highlight of getting ready for the graduation party. We grilled, we used the fire pit and it made for an unforgettable party day/evening. My experience with Beyond Wow Plumbing was exactly that - beyond wow! One of our bathroom sinks had started draining slowly and making gurgling sounds despite repeated cleaning attempts. The plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line and replaced a worn connector beneath the sink. The service took about an hour and a half. Compared to before, the sink drains quickly and quietly without standing water collecting in the basin. We appreciated that the plumber explained the issue clearly and solved it without recommending unnecessary work. It was a simple repair, but it improved daily convenience immediately and prevented what could have become a larger plumbing issue later.

Beyond Wow is the most professional company I’ve used in years. The ability to schedule my non-emergency appointment and have a technician at my home in a couple of hours was wonderful. Winston checked my “dead” garbage disposal and asked if there were other items I needed checked while he was here. We ended up installing a new ADA toilet and replacing my 18 year old water heater. I got everything checked off my wish list for much less than expected. Winston arranged for a second tech, Andrew, to assist and the entire installation of all three items was completed in about 4 hours. Both men were professional and respectful of both me and my property. Perhaps most importantly, as a single 70 year old female I felt completely comfortable with both men in my home. Brendan Searcy did an excellent job assessing and filling a hole next to and under the slab near where the sewer line exits from under the house. Several years ago the metal piping under the house collapsed and Beyond Wow replaced it with PVC. The crew did a lot of hard work and I did not want anyone other than Beyond Wow to do maintenance repairs. I thanked Brendan for his service and want to thank Beyond Wow Plumbing for all they have done over the years to keep our home's plumbing in excellent condition. They always get the job done no matter how difficult.

The technician Zachary Padilla was very professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything he did today flushing out the water tank. He provided an explanation of everything he performed and the reasons why. He arrived promptly, prepared, and cleaned everything after the work was completed. I will definitely recommend this company and continue to do business with them if their representatives are as good as Padilla. Thank you!

Very courteous young man. He was very efficient in correcting my leak under the sink. Did NOT charge an unreasonable amount for his work.

Had a plumbing issue that cut water to the home during the winter months. Made an appointment. Jacob and Winston came over and diagnosed our home in order to be “livable” again. Technician Winston and Mike was scheduled the next morning to install a new electric water heater at a different location, repaired the toilet, took care of small leaks in the bathroom and replaced old galvanized and pvc pipe with PEX. Recently Beyond Wow renovated our master bath, and they did an excellent job. It took a while, but we are completely satisfied customers. Shout out to Angel, his son Junior, Jacob, Martin, Martin's brothers, and Pedro. They all did a wonderful job installing tile, painting, sealing, and plumbing. About a month ago Jacob and Jr did an excellent job installing a new kitchen spigot and three toilets. I am very pleased with the results.

The name changed the service still top notch. Andrew was a true professional, who was able to diagnose and recommend the proper course of action for our problem.

I had some issues with my toilet and Zen helped out last minute at end of shift with great results. Before starting any work, he took the time to explain what could be going on and what he would be checking, which I really appreciated since it helps with the decision-making. During the process, he kept me informed and explained everything clearly—what he was doing, what the issue was, and how he was going to fix it. The problem ended up being related to previous work made to the toilet installation, and he handled it quickly and efficiently right there on the spot. He was fast, professional, and very detailed in his work. Most importantly, he solved the issue completely. Jacob, Winston, and Angel were fantastic! Jacob figured out the problem and came up with a terrific solution that solved it. Our well had run dry and our water filtration system was not providing enough pressure to run the sprinkler system and the house at the same time. It was determined the best course of action would be to replace the old system and bypass the well water holding tank ( but piping in an option if the well ever regains enough water) and it works great! Great service and great rates. Initial call was to do a regular water heater flush and replace an outside faucet. Had the pleasure in meeting Brock. Great friendly technician and seemed to be knowledgeable. He did a great job that day and even provide a cost estimate for future work on replacement of a kitchen disposal, kitchen faucet and a leak under the sink.
