The name has changed but the service has not. Ethan provided the same quality knowledge, patience and kindness that I received with S&D. They’ve serviced us since we first bought this house and I’m happy to continue. They investigated the issue, replaced our old water heater, installed a pressure reduction valve and repaired the diverter all in one day!
