Unexpected plumbing issue under the kitchen sink today! 👎🏻 David from Beyond Wow Plumbing was able to get to my home the same day I called for help. David quickly diagnosed the genesis of my leak (that left everything under the sink soaking wet) which was coming from the filtration system that had been installed a few years earlier. I asked David to remove the entire filtration system, which he did, and he was able to restore the original soap dispenser that was jettisoned for the filtration system faucet. He even delivered the flawed system to the trash dumpster for me (very heavy!). David was a total pro and a true gentleman. It was pleasure to have him in my home. Zachary was the tech who came out. 100% a problem solver. The short of it was he figured out that recent work by the city caused a catastrophic failure of the main drain line. He used his camera and a locating device to quickly and professionally get to the heart of the matter. Another company had come out earlier, it took them 4 visits between 8PM Friday and 5PM Saturday to ‘diagnose’ that the whole drain system needed to be replaced for $40k. I had another company here yesterday after my ground floor flooded because of a root obstruction to my main sewerage line. That company quoted me 14K to do all the repairs. I called Beyond Wow for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did because not only was their quote about 7K less, they also had a much more precise way of accessing the damage to my sewer line and were clearly more knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. They also helped me talk to the city to figure out whether or not the city was responsible for covering any repairs. 12/31/2025: Zen completed my sink/faucet/garbage disposal installation with care and special attention to detail. While finishing up the sink drain connections, he determined it would be best to replace the 80 year old cast iron piping. That was definitely the right call as those pipes had decades of build up in them and, like hardened arteries, had closed to just a tiny opening. He was able to clear the remaining gunk and my sink drains better than it has in the 28 years I've lived here. 12/5/2025: Zen was very efficient and thorough with cleaning out the kitchen drain and diagnosing my sink replacement need before installing a new garbage disposal. He and Desiree were prompt with letting me know when he'd arrive.

Very informative and transparent— no pressure sales pitch, only options. We’ve been with this company for 5 years now; membership with BWP is worth it! We had a good experience with the tech who inspected our plumbing system. Andrew C was a pleasant, very courteous and honest young person. The system is in good condition but he still gave us a lot of info and pointers as he went along, explaining clearly what’s going on. That was a good eye opener for a lay person!

Beyond Wow lived up to their name! I got same day service when everybody else couldn't get to me until 3 days later. The main office called when they were on the way and both Talmage and Ashton got on it right away, no fooling around. Had me a replacement homeowner shutoff valve installed before I thought was even possible. They even did me a solid with an inside sink valve that was leaking for no extra charge and checked for leaks throughout the house. My reno project is back on track thanks to them. We have an older home with equally as old pipes. Changing out faucets garbage disposals etc., require a professional. I've broken too many pipes doing "easy repairs." Kaden was professional, on time and completed the job and noted some of the older valves needed replacement. What I really like about this company is their responsiveness. I called them at 4PM and they were on site at 9:00 AM the next day.

Talmage and Micah were kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a pipe leak in the foundation and they were able to identify and fix the issue same day. Work ethic was high integrity, will be my first call in the future and I would recommend to others.

I called Beyond Wow Plumbing when I had to have Atmos Energy out here and the Atmos technician could not relight the pilot light on my water heater. Although it was Friday and already 4:40 PM when I called the company, the technician from Beyond Wow Plumbing, Talmage New, came out that same day. He was able to fix my water heater that first visit and get the pilot light re-lit. Excellent service!

They're quick to send someone out and their team is very professional. I worked with Sean on a minor leak, and he did great work. I also worked with Lisa (who helped me get quickly scheduled) and Zen on a kitchen sink clog and got great service the same day.

Excellent technicians showed up today for a follow-up , separate issue from original ... Talmage and Brendan. Both were extremely professional, kind and efficient. Oh my goodness, they were life savers. We had been without water for 4 days and the company we had coming out gave us the runaround, so I called S&D and they were extremely helpful, professional and got out to us within 2-1/2 hours to fix our burst water pipe it was such a relief. I highly recommend!! Travis was awesome! Again they saved us. I noticed in the backyard the ground seemed soggy last night, we called this morning and Travis came out this afternoon and voila it’s fixed. Thank you S and D!!
