I was having long term ongoing issues with modern, high-end tankless water heater and vintage 60 year old house. Caleb, the Beyond Wow technician, was extremely thorough. His problem solving skills and diagnosis were exceptional, taking into consideration all the potential factors contributing to the issue. My heater is now functioning like it should have 5years ago. Anthony came out to look at a leak we found today under a bathroom sink. He was immediately able to spot the issue and took photos of the location where the leak originated. Anthony provided us options and let us know that the faucet manufacturer has a lifetime faucet warranty which we could consider calling the company about for a free replacement. Although this will take a while to receive the replacement, we will do that, but only to save some money. Otherwise, we definitely would have gone with Beyond Wow Plumbing to do the work. We were impressed with the fact that they were able to send someone out the same day and then even more when he came earlier than we thought he would be able to. Anthony gave us multiple options and explained all in detail. He was courteous and professional. We feel so relieved knowing that the issue is not worse and also knowing that we now have a reliable plumbing service when we need it.

Our tech, Jake, was great. Knowledgable, prompt and fixed the issue quickly. My only reason for 4 out 5 stars was with the intake team, who "forgot" to mention that they don't do Sunday calls so I was waiting all day expecting a call from dispatch only to call back and find out that they don't operate on Sundays. They had also told me initially that they could provide estimates of specific work once the job had been dispatched, but then the morning of I was told they don't do that. So my advice would just be a better training of the intake team to ensure customers are getting accurate and timely information. Especially when they're stressed about leaks!

Anthony was very knowlegeable of the Rheem water heater system. He asked me to breifly go over the problems that I was having. Then he conducted his own diagnostics. After his investigation he proceeded to show me photos land described the issues that he found. He insisted that he would do his best to get both water heaters functioning today. He assured me if he couldn't then he would discuss a warranty option that comes with the heaters and he would gladly help me go through that process. All-in all Anthony is a wonderful technician. He was polite and very helpful. When he left both heaters were up and running and he made sure that none of the pipes were leaking. Living in a 86 year old house, things are going to break down! We have used Beyond Wow Plumbing for small jobs so when the **** hit the fan, we called. Anthony came right out to look. He was very patient with us and went over everything we needed in detail. Total replumbing, new line from curb to house, and new water heater. He even helped us with the financing set up. He went above and beyond. We thought it would take weeks, but it didn’t. Within 2 days they were working and got it all done so fast! It did take the city inspectors a while to do their part but BWP did everything they could to facilitate the process. These guys were very respectful of our house and animals. They wore shoe covers and explained everything as they went along. I want to give a shout out to Clarence who dug up the trench for the new water line, Bobby who helped with that, Ulysses and Fletcher who replaced additional fixtures and lines in the master bathroom, and Krysten who kept all the scheduling running smoothly. There were many other workers who assisted and I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name. They were all top notch! I would recommend this company for any kind of job – small to whole house! Andrew did a great job of explaining everything and taking care of my clogged drain, even though it was late into the eveing hours, they followed through throughly. 5 stars for the service and work by the technicians. I felt dispatch could be better at setting appropriate expectations and communication. They gave me a 10 hour appointment (8a to 6p) window and the technicians arrived on hour 11, which is totally fine , but I was held hostage in my own home the entire day waiting for updates.

We had an unexpected ceiling leak on Sunday evening and had a plumber come out Monday morning who told us the cause was our water heater. He was supposed to come back and never did. I called beyond wow plumbing and was able to get someone out the same day. Anthony was very helpful and identified the cause as a toilet and not the water heater. He even came back out to our house once the mitigation company opened the walls to confirm and give us peace of mind that this wouldn’t happen again. We would highly recommend Anthony and his team.

After a light freeze in January 2025, the City said I had a leak, but I couldn’t find the water anywhere! Desperate and scared, I took a chance on Beyond Wow. I’m so glad I did. We got a same day appointment and they sent an expert in leak detection and a master plumber (Master P!) Anthony, who took such great care of us. He searched everywhere, crawled under the house and found it. Unfortunately, it was underground pipe from the meter to under our house that burst. It wasn’t an easy line of pipe to get to. I was upset realizing how big the project would be. Anthony really cared and was very compassionate. I liked that Anthony's plan was the most direct solution. Instead of ripping up our porch, he suggested rerouting our line and he future-proofed us against freezes, leaving us way better than he found us. I was literally in tears before he got there and was laughing by the end. The next day Diego and Ulysses both worked hard into the night and did an excellent job. The City has to permit the work now and Beyond Wow takes care of all of that. Everyone was super kind to me, my wife, and my mother. Very happy with this project!

The new name is accurate. I was blown away by the service and professionalism. I can honestly say my experience was Beyond WOW. Our problem was a block in the main pipe to the house. Toilets wouldn’t flush and we actually had sewer backing up into one of the bathrooms. Zen came out and fixed the block and shared that we had a live oak root growing into the pipe, yikes. Zen showed me video of the pipe and partial obstruction. We talked about price and he got me scheduled. The very next morning, Hector and Juan show up to dig a trench; cut back the root and repair the line. Long story short, these guys work hard. Completely professional and knowledgeable. I am confident in the repair, and while this type of thing is just expensive to begin with, I thought the estimates were more than fair. Great job Beyond Wow. You’ll be my first call if I ever need a plumbing service again.

Ethan replaced two faucets and identified and fixed some additional leaking lines. He did high quality work. My only complaint is the fee charged is based on pre-configured services in their computer which doesn't reflect the actual effort required to complete the task. Would much prefer actual labor plus parts as a way to charge customers. I felt the service was too expensive for what was done due to the billing system they use.

Zen Gonzales was great today! He double checked the work I had Beyond Wow do a couple of years ago to replace my old cast iron sewer pipes (everything still looks great!), added some insulation to my water heater pipes, checked for leaks, and answered all of my questions. We had a tricky situation with a 3-gallon a minute leak in our condo community. Our regular plumbing company determined the issue was more than they had the expertise to handle and recommended Beyond Wow (formerly S&D plumbing). Beyond Wow sent two technicians who spent hours diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a water line that was 40 plus years old buried several feet that we think was part of the construction process. They fixed the leak for a very fair price and our water usage has gone back to normal.

Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.

We’ve been using Beyond WOW for several years (previously S&D Plumbing). This is a great plumbing company. Immediately responsive and client focused. Andrew and Angel were great to work with and handled out needs and communicated really well and provided options for the repairs. The only down-side is that the may cost a little more than other companies.

The Beyond Wow techs did a great job. Fast response, competent, friendly. And they included a 12-year warranty with my new water heater.

Moved into a house with a tree root intrusion in the line between the house and the sewer (glad we caught it before the line got blocked completely). Our technician Zen was professional and helpful in explaining the situation and options for repair. The entire process of pipe replacement took less than half-a-day. Zen and Coby did a great job trenching the grounds while protecting the surrounding sod and tree roots.

He showed up at my door with a smile and introduced himself. He looked sharp and was wearing the mandatory shoe covers. He had a professional presence about him and he was friendly. We had a good experience with the tech who inspected our plumbing system. Andrew C was a pleasant, very courteous and honest young person. The system is in good condition but he still gave us a lot of info and pointers as he went along, explaining clearly what’s going on. That was a good eye opener for a lay person!
