We had Beyond Wow Plumbing services recently for our yearly inspection and we received their A-1 service again! Andrew C (our tech specialist last year) came and walked us through the whole process before and after his inspection, clearly noting possible concerns to watch for and/ior can be improved. Very informative and transparent— no pressure sales pitch, only options. We’ve been with this company for 5 years now; membership with BWP is worth it! We had a good experience with the tech who inspected our plumbing system. Andrew C was a pleasant, very courteous and honest young person. The system is in good condition but he still gave us a lot of info and pointers as he went along, explaining clearly what’s going on. That was a good eye opener for a lay person!

Beyond Wow lived up to their name! I got same day service when everybody else couldn't get to me until 3 days later. The main office called when they were on the way and both Talmage and Ashton got on it right away, no fooling around. Had me a replacement homeowner shutoff valve installed before I thought was even possible. They even did me a solid with an inside sink valve that was leaking for no extra charge and checked for leaks throughout the house. My reno project is back on track thanks to them. Talmage was absolutely legendary. He saved me and my daughters from a nasty gas leak from a poor installation from a popular home improvement store. Please have your stoves that are installed checked for leaks, sometimes the "tests" that are conducted by non licensed plumbers are inefficient. We have an older home with equally as old pipes. Changing out faucets garbage disposals etc., require a professional. I've broken too many pipes doing "easy repairs." Kaden was professional, on time and completed the job and noted some of the older valves needed replacement. What I really like about this company is their responsiveness. I called them at 4PM and they were on site at 9:00 AM the next day.

Oh my goodness, they were life savers. We had been without water for 4 days and the company we had coming out gave us the runaround, so I called S&D and they were extremely helpful, professional and got out to us within 2-1/2 hours to fix our burst water pipe it was such a relief. He even gave a rundown of the history of water line materials used in homes over the years, since he was replacing our shutoff valve and some of the surrounding piping, which was very informative and interesting. After he was done, he left no trash behind. The worked looked organized and tidy as well. We will have Kaden out for all the rest of our future plumbing needs.

Easily one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a plumbing company or any home services company for that matter. Talmage was on time, professional, thorough, and kind. He immediately diagnosed a shut-off valve leak in our upstairs bathroom, and provided a quote to fix the problem. The initial experience with Talmage was so positive that I asked for an additional quote to replace some old toilets and a number of additional supply lines that were holding on for dear life. I was surprised to find out that everything could be done same day. Within an hour Micah arrived with all of the parts and toilets and everything was installed before the day ended. I wake up one morning to find a leak in my downstairs ceiling. I was admittedly panicky, but the woman who answered my call was very understanding and was able to schedule a technician to come out the same morning. The technician was timely, communicative and explained everything he did before he did it. Excellent service, professional, friendly and very upfront with their pricing and procedures. I would recommend them for any plumbing need and will be using them again in the future!
