The new name is accurate. I was blown away by the service and professionalism. I can honestly say my experience was Beyond WOW. Our problem was a block in the main pipe to the house. Toilets wouldn’t flush and we actually had sewer backing up into one of the bathrooms. Zen came out and fixed the block and shared that we had a live oak root growing into the pipe, yikes. Zen showed me video of the pipe and partial obstruction. We talked about price and he got me scheduled. The very next morning, Hector and Juan show up to dig a trench; cut back the root and repair the line. Long story short, these guys work hard. Completely professional and knowledgeable. I am confident in the repair, and while this type of thing is just expensive to begin with, I thought the estimates were more than fair. Great job Beyond Wow. You’ll be my first call if I ever need a plumbing service again.

Ethan replaced two faucets and identified and fixed some additional leaking lines. He did high quality work. My only complaint is the fee charged is based on pre-configured services in their computer which doesn't reflect the actual effort required to complete the task. Would much prefer actual labor plus parts as a way to charge customers. I felt the service was too expensive for what was done due to the billing system they use.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Andrew explained what the issue was and within an hour, we had a new kitchen faucet. Love the quickness and efficiency with this company. We will definitely use them again in the future.

He double checked the work I had Beyond Wow do a couple of years ago to replace my old cast iron sewer pipes (everything still looks great!), added some insulation to my water heater pipes, checked for leaks, and answered all of my questions. We had a tricky situation with a 3-gallon a minute leak in our condo community. Our regular plumbing company determined the issue was more than they had the expertise to handle and recommended Beyond Wow (formerly S&D plumbing). Beyond Wow sent two technicians who spent hours diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a water line that was 40 plus years old buried several feet that we think was part of the construction process. They fixed the leak for a very fair price and our water usage has gone back to normal.

Zen Gonzales was very knowledgeable and thorough in completing the plumbing work at our home. He performed a very clean job and was done in a decent amount of time.

Diego and Brendan showed up on time and with a friendly attitude. They were working in a 2 story attic on a cold day but I think that concerned me more than them. Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.

Moved into a house with a tree root intrusion in the line between the house and the sewer (glad we caught it before the line got blocked completely). Our technician Zen was professional and helpful in explaining the situation and options for repair. The entire process of pipe replacement took less than half-a-day. Grateful that we were able to get a plumber out quickly. Our pipe for washer machine was overflowing due to small clog, Andrew was able to fix it super quick! Appreciate his help. Knocking off 1 star because prices have gone up a ton recently. I was quoted extra $150 if just my tenant was there and I authorized repair over phone (that’s an expensive phone call). Never had this with S&D. Was there in person to not incur the fee. Also in general prices were steeper than when they were S&D. It was $350 to just run a snake which took less than 10 min. If we were to also blast water pressured through the pipe the quote was in the high $800s. Would use again if in a pinch but if not urgent would def reshop prices.

I had an amazing experience with Jacob. I was seeking multiple estimates to fix my issues cracks in wall which requires creating a tunnel outside my home to replace pipes under tub. Quoted almost $5000. Jacob actually listens to my concerns. After our conversation. He wanted to get the camera and see if that is really true. Jacob showed me the problem area. Jacob said that it can be fixed without tunneling. Knowing that saved money big time! I offered to pay for his services. Jacob declined. I was impressed by his commitments to go the extra mile. I was pleased with the service provided by Kaden and Fletcher. They answered all of my questions and showed me the repairs before covering them up. I was a bit shocked by the cost, but considerating the amount of water that was being wasted, I was glad to pay. I was especially happy that they were able to come out on such short notice.

The service men did a good job with repairs but I think it was a little more difficult than expected. The ground was so hard due to lack of rain & my water line so deep in ground. Friendly people

I am very pleased and happy with Beyond Plumbing, Zen Gonzales was very knowledgeable and happy to complete the tasks that were required.

We hired S&D to install a natural gas grill. Jake came out provided me some professional consultation and price to install. We hired him on the spot due to his professional demeanor and trust that he know what needed to be done. I feel safe knowing it was installed professionally and would call S&D back for more work in the future.

I would like to thank to S & D Plumbing team- Jacob, ulysses and Angel- for their facinating/smart work to fix the supply water line leak which made my breakfast area floor wet.. So grateful for the intervention, that was successful since my problem was solved. Your company did a great job to help me but I am specially élogieux about Jacob and his young helper . Not only they were nice people but Jacob was so competent in his leak detection and then finding solutions. A great worker and he stayed very late to finish the job. He had all the spare part in his truck and on his tablet all the informations about previous interventions. It was a difficult situation but I will have only good memories . Great job guys!

Zen Gonzalez. Very professional and very nice kid. He know what is he doing. Our kitchen and backyard sink was 100% clog. He power jet drain. And 75ft fiber camera in drain to make sure drain is clean. I’m very impressed with his job. He is now our lifetime drain tech for me.
