We had them out to give a second opinion on a potential drain pipe stoppage and break under our foundation. Beyond Wow Plumbing runs a top notch business. Shawn did an awesome job for us. He came out same day and replaced both of our outside spigots. He was friendly, quick, and efficient!

I had a clogged drain pipe and a backed up kitchen sink. The blockage ended up being about 17 feet into the pipe from the sink. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the options well. Ended up going with the mini-hydrojet to clear the blockage as well as the grease buildup along the pipe. The sink drains perfectly once again and the camera images showed how well the hydrojet cleared the drain pipe. It did appear the pipe had a belly, so he recommended to have a follow up with a camera tech. In the follow up visit, Jason was was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He walked me through the video of what he was seeing with the pipe and advised on how the belly could be repaired as well as short term options to help in the meantime. Beyond Wow really delivers A+ service and I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Jason came out and cleared my line after Andrew couldn't properly the day prior. Andrew came out yesterday and said the line was cleared, but it had other underlying issues. Leaving the house with still water in the line. So, Jason was sent out today to find the other "underlying issues". Jason found out that their was no other underlying issues, and just that the line was still clogged. Hours after Andrew left I had the line backing up down the sidewalk. That was frustrating after $300 was paid to Beyond Wow. It was also frustrating hearing Andrew's "professional opinion" that the house had bad pitch or roots where in the line. Andrew stated we would have to pull permits and cost a lot more to dig up and repair the issue he assumed it was. When Jason showed up today and unclogged the line and let us know their wasn't any underlying issues it was very reassuring.

Both Andrew and Jason were very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose and explain what was likely causing our clogged pipes.

Beyond Wow really responded quickly, sent Jacob out to see what my problems entailed. He gave me several quotes. We discussed and Ulysses came promptly to solve my problems. He worked efficiently and left my bathroom very clean and installed a new water heater. A really proficient job all around!

We were selling our home and were in a time bind near the end of the option period. A buyer inspection had revealed a problem with the sewer line near the street. We reached Jason, a field manager with Beyond Wow, and he jumped into action. He scoped the line himself, and then he got the city representative out same day on a Friday and then again on Monday to make the determination that the issue was a city responsibility. That saved us close to $5,000 and eliminated a sticking point regarding close. Jason accomplished the impossible, and he did it with an easy and reassuring demeaner. Great communication and was very helpful

Anthony came out to look at a leak we found today under a bathroom sink. He was immediately able to spot the issue and took photos of the location where the leak originated. Anthony provided us options and let us know that the faucet manufacturer has a lifetime faucet warranty which we could consider calling the company about for a free replacement. Although this will take a while to receive the replacement, we will do that, but only to save some money. Otherwise, we definitely would have gone with Beyond Wow Plumbing to do the work. We were impressed with the fact that they were able to send someone out the same day and then even more when he came earlier than we thought he would be able to. Anthony gave us multiple options and explained all in detail. He was courteous and professional. We feel so relieved knowing that the issue is not worse and also knowing that we now have a reliable plumbing service when we need it.

Jason, Andrew and Fletcher were wonderful to work witb!! Professional, ultra courteous, responsive! They explained each step throughout the process, worked with us to try and resolve all the issues, and found ways to save us money. These guys are a dedicated and hard working team and I was very impressed with the extra mile efforts!

Jake came out and repaired a leaky faucet in my bathroom that needed a new cartridge. Turning the water on and off created a problem with the kitchen sink. He came back the next day and quickly fixed the problem. He is very friendly and respectful. Thank you!

I called WOW expecting just a quick service of unclogging the main drain. When I called WOW, the lady answered was super nice. Get customer service skills are rare these days. Our tech, Jake, was great. Knowledgable, prompt and fixed the issue quickly. My only reason for 4 out 5 stars was with the intake team, who "forgot" to mention that they don't do Sunday calls so I was waiting all day expecting a call from dispatch only to call back and find out that they don't operate on Sundays. They had also told me initially that they could provide estimates of specific work once the job had been dispatched, but then the morning of I was told they don't do that. So my advice would just be a better training of the intake team to ensure customers are getting accurate and timely information. Especially when they're stressed about leaks!

I originally called them for a second opinion after another plumbing company—sent by American Home Shield—claimed there was an issue with my main line. That diagnosis didn’t sit right with me, considering my house is only six years old, in a flat area, and without any large trees nearby. The team provided me with three clear options, explaining exactly what each would cover. I decided to have the lines cleaned out and a scope inspection done—confirming that there was nothing wrong with my plumbing after all! I highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism. This experience also taught me the importance of getting a second opinion, and I’ll definitely be leaving a negative review for the company American Home Shield sent. The name has changed but the service has not. Ethan provided the same quality knowledge, patience and kindness that I received with S&D. They’ve serviced us since we first bought this house and I’m happy to continue. They investigated the issue, replaced our old water heater, installed a pressure reduction valve and repaired the diverter all in one day!

Diego and Fletcher were on time, courteous, and did a great job of explaining the issues they found and various options on how best to address them. I felt confident that the choices I made were the right ones for my household and budget. Plus my dog loved them, and she's a tough sell!

Anthony W came to my house and did a through test of our system, flushed the system, replaced the broken parts and gave us some recommendations to improve the system. Overall I was impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the professionalism of the tech (Anthony). I plan to use Beyond Wow for all my future needs going forward and highly recommend others consider them for their needs.
