Beyond Wow was beyond wow today (8/28/25). I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed service ASAP! Andrew Coyle showed on time, gave me two estimates and fixed my problem. Further, he provided me with some good preventative recommendations that will help going forward. Like many in the recent storm, my whole plumbing system was destroyed despite my best efforts. I contacted S & D Plumbing and was gratified to find that the company made residents in our local community (Taylor) a priority. My first technicians were Kyle and Jorge. After working all day, Kyle informed me that there were so many leaks, a complete re-piping needed to occur. He immediately set up a date, but promised quicker service if a cancellation happened. I did get a quicker appointment and S & D sent Nick and Lorenzo to do the job. I can't say enough about how excellent these technicians proved to be. They were on task, answered all questions and completed a complex project in two days. Further, Nick felt there was a loose end to tie and Kyle showed up the next day to take care of it. A company is best judged by the individuals that are hired to do the work. By that measure, S & D Plumbing exceeded my expectations...and it did my heart good to see these skilled technicians provide quality services. The storm was awful and the unplanned cost an unhappy circumstance, but I feel good that I made the right choice on who I chose to make it right again. Props to S & D Plumbing and to Nick, Lorenzo, Kyle and Jorge!

Tech arrived on time. Within 30 minutes the old faucer was removed and the new replacement was correctly installed. The bad news - the price was double what I had planed on.

I had Jason and Ashton come out for a sewer line inspection and help located my under slab plumbing. Scheduling was flexible and the guys were very knowledgeable and emphasized explaining everything that they were checking. They made sure I was able to watch the whole process and then collected all the video and pictures from the inspection and airdropped it to me. It was great to get easy going professionals who were willing take some extra time and explain everything. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Wow! After dealing with other providers and outrageous prices, this awesome company came to the rescue. From my first phone call to the time they departed , they provided exceptional five star service. Kaden and Brendan were awesome. They got to my residence, put on their working shoes and got to work. A couple of hours later they were done and I was totally happy with the outcome. The water heater was fixed, the leaking faucets were dry and I became happier. Beyond Wow is an appropriate name! I was walking in my yard, in grass I don't water and squished down into mud. It was after 5p so didn't expect to get in touch with anyone. Beyond Wow was great and Tyler was excellent. I was able to make the appointment online for the following day and then received a test and email (with photo) to notify me before his arrival. I’ve struggled with a toilet for 6 months and in a couple of minutes Tyler diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Can’t recommend the company and Tyler enough! Will absolutely use him again.

Beyond Wow Plumbing provided excellent diagnostic work on my cast iron sewer line. Jason and Zen handled the initial inspection, then Zen and Ashton returned the next day to hydrojet another section. They walked me through exactly what repairs I need, when to do them, and the proper sequence for replacing the sewer line, along with other plumbing work. The team was transparent about the tunneling process and pricing structure. They took time to explain the full scope of repairs and different options available to me. Their knowledge of cast iron systems showed in how they broke down the tradeoffs for each approach. This is my second time using Beyond Wow Plumbing. Based on this experience, I plan to use them again for the actual repair work.

Andrew did an excellent job on annual inspection. Beyond Wow Technician Andrew Coyle came to do my annual Comet Club inspection and water heater drain. Everything passed. He was very thorough checking for leaks and water pressure, taking photos of the water heater, under sinks, and checking faucets inside and outside of the house. When he completed the work, I paid to renew my Comet Club membership for another year. (If you prefer, you can now pay a monthly fee.) I thanked Andrew for his service and want to thank Beyond Wow Plumbing for all they have done over the years to keep our home's plumbing in excellent condition.

They were able to send Zen out the day after I called about a sewer smell from our laundry room. He did what he could to clean out the drain and rule out issues without doing a full smoke test and gave us some recommendations. Checked over the rest of the system, found some small issues, recommended some fixes that I can handle myself and didn't charge me for anything. Hoping the problem doesn't come back but more than happy with the service.

Andrew Coyle was fast, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. He explained soft water systems and checked all water outlets for leaks and rust. Furthermore, he made recommendations for the future that could ensure less chances for fixture failure.

We had our twice annual check and Zen was very nice and thorough. It gives me peace of mind to know that everything is working well.

Jacob and Junior were very professional. Was very thorough with the yearly inspection and draining the water tank. Had issues with my water softener so decided to have it replaced. The softener that was there was only softening the irrigation water. Installed the new softener and routed the water through the attic instead of having pipes running up the side of the house into the garage. Explained how the new system works and answered all my questions. This isn’t the first project that Beyond Wow has done for me. Definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Jason and Zen did an outstanding job in cleaning the clogged drainage; they made sure that the grease collected in the s-trap was jetted out. Extremely professional people!

We had a fantastic experience with Beyond Wow Plumbing. Zen and Tristan were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough in resolving the slow drains in our primary bathroom. They also took the time to clean out our laundry sink, which we really appreciated. Initially, we were concerned that the issue might stem from a more serious sewer line problem, but Zen’s sharp troubleshooting skills quickly pinpointed the cause. By replacing the drain assemblies, he resolved the issue efficiently and effectively. To top it off, Zen performed a camera inspection of our main drains, confirming they were in great condition. Gary and Lunchbox did an excellent job of coming out to help us determine that their was a leak to the shower pan at one of my listings. Zen and Micha were very professional and helpful. They came in to look at one of our sinks at my workplace and they explained everything plus giving me an estimate on everything before deciding. I was very appreciative of them also coming in and taking a look at all our sinks and toilets to make sure they were all working properly.
