Beyond Wow was great and Tyler was excellent. I was able to make the appointment online for the following day and then received a test and email (with photo) to notify me before his arrival. I’ve struggled with a toilet for 6 months and in a couple of minutes Tyler diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Can’t recommend the company and Tyler enough! Will absolutely use him again.

Beyond Wow Plumbing provided excellent diagnostic work on my cast iron sewer line. Jason and Zen handled the initial inspection, then Zen and Ashton returned the next day to hydrojet another section. They walked me through exactly what repairs I need, when to do them, and the proper sequence for replacing the sewer line, along with other plumbing work. The team was transparent about the tunneling process and pricing structure. They took time to explain the full scope of repairs and different options available to me. Their knowledge of cast iron systems showed in how they broke down the tradeoffs for each approach. This is my second time using Beyond Wow Plumbing. Based on this experience, I plan to use them again for the actual repair work.

He was very thorough checking for leaks and water pressure, taking photos of the water heater, under sinks, and checking faucets inside and outside of the house. When he completed the work, I paid to renew my Comet Club membership for another year. (If you prefer, you can now pay a monthly fee.) I thanked Andrew for his service and want to thank Beyond Wow Plumbing for all they have done over the years to keep our home's plumbing in excellent condition.

They were able to send Zen out the day after I called about a sewer smell from our laundry room. He did what he could to clean out the drain and rule out issues without doing a full smoke test and gave us some recommendations. Jacob and Junior were very professional. Was very thorough with the yearly inspection and draining the water tank. Had issues with my water softener so decided to have it replaced. The softener that was there was only softening the irrigation water. Installed the new softener and routed the water through the attic instead of having pipes running up the side of the house into the garage. Explained how the new system works and answered all my questions. This isn’t the first project that Beyond Wow has done for me. Definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.

*update We had a problem with the kitchen drains not clearing. Beyond Wow sent Zen over and he was able to clear the drain lines and provide info on what caused the problem. He also was able to drain and refill our water heater, clearing calcium buildup. He also checked our other plumbing in the house and replaced an outdoor faucet. Happy to say that the problems have been solved! We had 2 faucets that were improperly installed, though we were unaware of that until S&D identified the problem. The error caused the faucets to allow water thru the faucet when it should have gone to the shower. Thanks to these experts, the problem is gone!

Andrew was great. He's very friendly and showed up on time and showed me my options for treating my pipes, and he even put the plastic covers in his shoes. Although I didn't choose for him to perform any service today, I'd not hesitate to call him again.

July 18, 2025: Had another outstanding experience with Beyond Wow Plumbing. I have been using them for years. This time Sean was the tech that came to my house. He was very polite and respectful of my home. He was very thorough with his work, communicates well and shared his knowledge with me. I learned a few things in the process. He came to my home to do an annual water heater flush. Since I have signed up for their yearly membership, the annual water heater flush was done at no additional charge. Along with the water heater flush, Sean checked all my plumbing fixtures and valves inside the house, checked the water softener, and he checked and was able to improve the water pressure to my house. My family and I had recently noticed that the pressure was not quite as high as it used to be. Sean was able to inspect the pressure regulator valve near the service meter to our house and made some minor adjustments that addressed the water pressure issue. He also gave me a detailed estimate of what it will cost when I eventually need to replace the valve completely. April 15, 2022: Came home after lunch and found water gushing out of the side of my house. It was coming from the outside hose faucet. I figured the freezing temperatures the previous few days caused a pipe to burst. I called several plumbing companies and none could help me right away and I needed help immediately. S&D was friendly and courteous, starting with Zoe who took my call. About 20 min later, Jason and Cole showed up to do the repair. Jason explained what he and Cole were going to do to diagnose the issue and how the pricing works. That was helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue. The hose valve had ruptured. The repair was done in 10 minutes. Thankfully it wasn’t a bursted pipe in the wall. Jason and Cole were very courteous, professional and offered a lot of plumbing advice that wasn’t even related to the repair call. They literally saved the day for me and my family. I plan to call S&D plumbing for additional plumbing services I will need in the near future.

We unfortunately had a leak in the water main somewhere between the street and the house. Tree roots were the cause and we decided to replace the entire length of pipe as there could have been multiple compromised locations. Beyond Wow responded quickly and Brendan, Micah and Donavan came out and did a great job. They worked with me to identify tree roots from our very large oak trees that I wanted to preserve and not damage. They finished the job in one day and now we thankfully have water again. I would definitely consider them again in the future!

Calling beyond wow was a good experience. Working with zen & Hector was great. They formulated a plan. Thorough review of bathroom issues. And provided multiple options for speedy remedies.

Beyond Wow is now my go to for all things plumbing related. This is my first time using them. I called to setup an estimate in the morning, and they arrived by 11 a.m. to walk me through several options. All work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail. Kaden was our expert on site. He was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend choosing this Company for your plumbing needs.

Just had Sean out to help with our shower and sprinklers and he did a great job. Managed to get our sprinkler system back up and running after a cracked valve and winterized it as well. Got our shower leak identified and sealed as well! Thank you to Sean!

Good experience with this company. Came twice to work on my shower and hot water heater. Fixed the issue. Polite and friendly plumbers. Very good pricing which was worth the work done (especially compared to other estimates). Overall good experience (and I am very particular and have had other bad experiences in the Austin area). Would recommend, at least based on my experience and hope that someone seeing this doesn't have a bad experience.
