Oh my goodness, they were life savers. We had been without water for 4 days and the company we had coming out gave us the runaround, so I called S&D and they were extremely helpful, professional and got out to us within 2-1/2 hours to fix our burst water pipe it was such a relief. Kaden was very polite, and knowledgeable. He even gave a rundown of the history of water line materials used in homes over the years, since he was replacing our shutoff valve and some of the surrounding piping, which was very informative and interesting. After he was done, he left no trash behind. The worked looked organized and tidy as well. We will have Kaden out for all the rest of our future plumbing needs.

Easily one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a plumbing company or any home services company for that matter. Talmage was on time, professional, thorough, and kind. He immediately diagnosed a shut-off valve leak in our upstairs bathroom, and provided a quote to fix the problem. The initial experience with Talmage was so positive that I asked for an additional quote to replace some old toilets and a number of additional supply lines that were holding on for dear life. I was surprised to find out that everything could be done same day. Within an hour Micah arrived with all of the parts and toilets and everything was installed before the day ended. Talmage and Micah did an incredible job, and even left each bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. I cant recommend this company and especially Talmage and Micah enough.

I’ll admit, things didn’t start off great. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Friday between 10–2pm but had to be canceled because the technicians’ earlier jobs ran long. I wasn’t thrilled since I had taken the day off work to be home. That said, I decided to reschedule instead of switching to a competitor because my neighbor spoke so highly of them and I’m glad I did. Jacob and Talmage were outstanding. Combined they had old-school expertise and modern technology and quickly located the source of the leak. To my surprise, they were able to make the repairs right then and there (I was expecting a multi-day ordeal!). Later that evening, we realized our water heater had turned off during the repair process. They returned promptly the next morning and got it back up and running. Throughout the entire job, they were professional, communicative, and thorough in explaining everything they were doing. They’re not the cheapest, but the peace of mind and quality of service were absolutely worth it. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Updating my review -- Jason came out to send a camera down the drain line and diagnose, formally, and quote our sewer line repair. He was thorough and friendly, explained everything as he was doing it, and let me see the issues firsthand. Great staff at this company!! || Today was probably the 3rd or 4th time I've used Beyond Wow Plumbing (previously S & D Plumbing). I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very communicative, and pricing is fair. The office texts you a nice headshot of the plumber coming to your house so you know the person who shows up is who they say they are. Today Zen helped us with a toilet draining issue that ended up being connected to the main line, and he was great. He explained the issue, resolved it, and is putting their sewer care rep in touch with us for a more detailed resolution that will get to the root of the issue. I'd be happy to recommend them any time.

I called Beyond Wow when I discovered a problem with my toilet yesterday morning; it was leaking all over the floor of the bathroom and it didn't seem to be coming from the toilet tank. Gary Grooms showed up about two hours later, diagnosed the problem and told me that the job could be completed this morning and gave me a breathtaking estimate of the cost, "if he ran into any problems. Bobby Jones showed up this morning and knocked out the job by installing a new, better toilet, compared to the one that I had set myself about 25 years ago. It works like a champ and is an appreciable improvement. And the cost? Well, good work isn't cheap but I only paid about half of what I had been prepared to pay. So, I am a happy (and relieved) customer. Thanks, guys.

The company sent out a technician first thing this morning after an emergency plumbing issue last night, which we really appreciated. Zachary did an outstanding job of replacing the shower valve which had failed along with the cold water faucet handle, causing unstoppable water to flow full force until the MUD came at midnight to shut off the water to the home. Plumber explained everything. Showed me pics of everything he saw.He set me up with a restore company. It makes it easier when setup for you when you are freaking out. Very nice guy he knows his business!!

Jason R came out and put a camera down our septic line that had been blocked by tree roots. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and kept us involved every step of the way. He was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and informative! This is a great company, and I would highly recommend them and especially Jason to handle your plumbing needs.

Jason and Zach were awesome. Arrived on time, great explanations on what they were proposing. Never want to need a plumber. But if you do need a plumber these guys are excellent.
